Yet another blog about weight-loss and getting healthy. I believe the healthy way is the only way to get real and lasting results, and that the importance of health > size/weight. Everyone is different, so everyone's journey is different. Mine includes moderate exercise, a balanced diet, and trying to avoid binging. Easier said than done, but that's why I'm here, to hold myself accountable and gain inspiration from those trying to do the same. Hopefully this, too, will inspire others.
